BSOD when downloading

So I am going to get yelled at probably because this concerns downloading using the filesharing site Ares....and basically my problem is that as soon as my computer makes a connection and starts to download the file it BSOD's me......but i cant read the error message cuz it flashes so fast before restarting....my rig is in the sig....any suggestions??
