Folks,
New build HTPC system, getting the BSOD pretty regular (about once a day) which drives the system into automatic reboot. As it's a new system, it's hard to isolate, but here's what I've done so far:
Memtest - Passed
Scan of HD's - Passed
MB - Updated all drivers, lowered overclock to zero - No effect
Video Card - updated all drivers, eventually moved the Windows Display/Advanced setting to NO HARDWARE ACCELERATION and didn't get a BSOD for a couple of days. Couldn't do anything else, either, without the H/W accel.
Additionally, I'm getting issues with flashstreaming, specifically ESPN360. Looks like the buffer isn't big enough as it starts fine, then hesitates/lags progressively until it's unwatchable (after about a minute). Old T42 Laptop on the same network setup works fine.
At this point, I'm strongly suspecting the video card, but would rather not just start R&R'ing parts until I find the culprit (as I have no spares, so each R&R would require purchasing new H/W). I've got a ticket with XFX, but looking here for opinions.
Any suggestions on how I might further isolate the problem down?
Here's the Card:
