BSOD / STOP error when alt-tabbing from certain games

Anyone every encounter getting blue screens when alt-tabbing out of certain games?

seems to affect some and not others for me.

games that crash so far either right away or when i tab back in:

T:V
prince of persia

games that don't:

far cry
doom3
tribes1
warcraft 3 + TFT

new system i built so i don't have too many things installed yet. tried different mobo drivers, dep on/off.

A64 3500+
MSI Neo2 plat
evga geforce 6800GT
gig of OCZ DDR400 plat rev2 (2225)
480 antec psu
winxp + sp2
OS is booting off a seagate SATA drive
latest nforce (5.10) and using 65.73 geforce drivers
direct 9.0c is installed

bsod says:

IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS

searched on ms and msi knowledge base with no luck too.

the system runs great and ive encountered no other problems but this. it's not a huge deal i guess as long as i dont alt tab or someone msgs me while im playing if i forget to set away messages but i would love to have the fulling working and stable.

I'll look at the dumps and MPS Reports - take a look at the steps listed (ie all the updates) in my .sig's URL if you like...
