BSOD stop error - Is this from CPU oc'ing?

I've got an XP1600+ at 2000+ with .025v extra. I just got a BSOD in W2K. The error was that "the application tried to write to read-only memory". (I may be paraphrasing). I was running a disk check from disk manager and I think ntfs returned the error. Does that sound like something caused by cpu oc'ing? The memory and fsb are running in spec.

Thanks,

I've got a stick of PC150 and a stick of PC133. I'm running at fsb=mem=133 and CAS2. PC150 is on turbo and PC133 is on fast. I had the cpu set at 2000+ and 1.775v, but I think it was being undervolted. I just bumped it up to 1.8v and it's reading 1.76-1.78v. Anyway, I thought it was stable before... sort of a strange error too. Maybe I'll back down to 1.775v again and stress test... any ideas? Thanks.

Also, I think my cooling is adequate. Even with the increased voltage I haven't gotten my cpu over 55C using Prime95.
