I replaced both of my mobo and processor, since the last one keep crashing on me. After installing everything and checking all of the connection, I boot up my computer. Right after the splash screen, blue screen comes out for half a second before it automagically restart. It happens everytime.

Is it because of the new mobo? or the processor? I've checked the bios and it lists down all of the components correctly. If the mobo is crapped, shouldn't it cannot even goes into windows splash screen?

here is (new) computer spec:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
RAM: 2 x 1GB DDR2 533
PSU: Generic 420W
MOBO: ASRock 4CoreDual - VSTA
Videocard: 256MB ATI Radeon 8600 GT
HDD: 250GB SATA

I going to assume you are using Windows XP. Unless the motherboard is the same, you are going to have to do a fresh install or in-place upgrade. Even if it is the same, you still might have to do that. An in-place upgrade is Microsoft's way of saying repair installation. If you are using Windows Vista, you can try to startup repair on the install DVD. Still, be prepared to start fresh.
