I install window 7 Ultimate 64bit a few days ago and so far I am pretty happy with it but I run into this small problem.

Today when I left my computer on for an extend amount of time and the computer went into sleep mode and when I come back, I click unlock on the login screen and a few seconds later a bsod show up and the system auto reboot. What could have casue this problem?

Gigabyte motherboards and some other random USB issues would cause this in Vista. I'll try to track down the thread where I posted what helped in my situation.

Found it: http://forums.anandtech.com/me...id=29&threadid=2281869

Note that this thread is for a specific motherboard and (obviously) a different OS, but there are suggestions in there that you can try, since Win 7 is Vista.1 anyway.
