BSOD on Start-up

Lately, every time I boot up I get a BSOD and automatic restart after the Windows XP screen. But the second time it boots up it's fine. I turned off automatic restart on error and the BSOD message is: "A wait operation, attach process, or yield was attempted from a DPC routine."

I tried googling it but all the results have to do with Windows 2000. Does anyone know whats going on? My specs are:

Windows XP SP 2
CPU: Intel E8400
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L
Video Card: Gigabyte 8800GT OC
RAM: 2x1GB OCZ Ballistix 1066
HDDs: 640GB WD, 500GB Hitachi, 300GB Maxtor
PSU: OCZ Gamexstream 600w

Thanks in advance

Check my .sig for the tools used for analysis and analyze the dumpfile. If I had to guess I'd say hardware, but the dumpfile will confirm.
