BSOD on first boot after fresh install w raid 0

Alright, I really want to solve this problem.

Here's the setup:
Shuttle SN25P (nforce4)

1 gig (512x2) dual chan
geforce 6800
2 70 gig raptors

enabled raid, created the array
installed windows
f4 for the additional drivers
installed the drivers from nvidias site
completed windows install

and on the first boot up i bsod, can't read the message

i tried chkdsk, and removing the floopy/dvd drives etc

im going to remove all partitions on the drives individually, and format both to try the setup again, but using shuttles via drivers instead

other than that i can't think of anything

any help would be appreciated

(btw, it's not the board/cables/hdd's/ram) i checked it all extensively, and even rma'd the board and 1 sata cable as they were originally defective.

Using shuttles VIA drivers instead?? Umm, I thought you said it was an NF4 motherboard?
Have you tried safe mode? And did you press F4 to install the drivers during install or F6(which is what it should be)?

yea i meant shuttles xpc drivers (dunno why i said via, or f4 opposed to f6)

but i did manage to fix the problem,
(reformated/unpartitioned both drives again, and redid the installation with the xpc drivers opposed to nvidias, and seems to be a-ok)

thank you
