I have been getting the error for a few weeks now and i still cant seem o figure out what the issue is. It only happens when i hang up a call use gmails voice plug in feature. This is the only way i have been able to replicate this error. Anybody have any idea what is causing

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW
