BSOD in Windows 2k

Hey guys,
Trying to fix a computer at work that went BSOD, but I have no specific error. I tried researching fix and the microsoft support site mentioned dumpchk.exe, which I tried but doesn't work. How do I read this file?

System is a Dell GX260.

I would download the Debugging Tool for Windows and use these parameters to have the app download the Symbol files it needs directly from MS.
