BSOD in Win2k3 server

I built this computer a while ago and have always had problems with it locking up. With XP it would just slow down and then freeze completely. No bsod, ctr-alt-del didn't work; nothing. It bothered me, but not enough to figure out why it did it. Recently, I wanted to turn it into a server and figured it might run stable with 2k3. It did, for about a week. Then I came home yesterday and it was at the logon screen and said that it had crashed... So anyway, now I am really annoyed enough to troubleshoot it and hopefully fix it. Is there a program or something that I can look at to see where the problem might lie?
I don't even remember the complete specs for the system, but I'll give it a shot.
DFI Lanparty mobo, I think the nforce 2 ultra, with an athlon xp 2500.
512MB crucial ram (1 stick, I don't remember the speed).
2x120GB Western Digital hard drives, mirrored.
Geforce4 vid card, possibly 4200, but I could be wrong on that one.
That's about it, everything else is onboard. thanks for any help. Let me know if you need any more info.

Would be great if we knew what the Error was on the BSOD.

Most likely its a driver issue with the video card or something else. There arent much supported drivers out there for win2k3.

I'd be happy to look at it if you'd like. First update ALL (yes, ALL) device drivers on the machine, then do all (yes, ALL) Windows updates. Then, if you still have the problem, grab MPSReports (see my .sig), run it, send me the resulting yourcomputername.cab file, and send me the dumpfile that was generated (zip it up first.) Find the dump in c:\windows\memory.dmp or c:\windows\minidump\*.dmp (send me everything in minidump if it's the latter). You want the dumpfiles from on and around 3/23/05.
