BSOD following GPU overclock

Hey guys, thanks for taking your time to read this.
So anyway, the other day, we had electricians working in my room (faulty power switch); they fixed it. A couple hours later, I turned on the lights and POP! the switch starts smoking and everything shuts off (including my PC). I had not used the pc in the time between the electrician and the light. The PC was hooked up to a power strip, so I don't know if surge was an issue.
Any way, I start up the PC (working fine), do the same GPU overclock as always, start up Skyrim, and all-of-the-sudden it starts glitching out (screen tearing). I try to ctrl-alt-delete out, to no avail. Eventually, I force shut off the PC.
Now, it starts, but usually the screen flashes and gives a BSOD, error code THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER.
It works fine in safe mode, though.

tl;dr: Flashing Screen, BSOD with error message THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER.

Hardware: Fx 6300, MSI R9 390, Gigabyte FXA-UD3 mobo, Hitachi 500 gb hdd (system), Samsung 120 gb ssd, Rosewill photon 750 80+ gold. Windows 10

What should I do? I can provide any other details if need be.

Glad to read it, and thanks for posting the solution.

Take care.
