Hi,
Its been for a week that I'm struggling from this error -
(Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. For more info serach online for "NMI_HARWARE_FAILURE)

System Specifications:
Intel corei5 @ 3.00 GHz
2 RAM -
a) 4GB CORSAIR
b) 8GB CORSAIR
2 Hard drives
a) 1 TB WD Green - Windows Drive (Bootable)
b) 2 TB Seagate Barracuda - Additional Drive
Intel Motherboard - DH67CL http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/dsktpboards/db-dh67cl

I am using this PC from past two years with no problem. But now, I am getting this error every time after booting into windows. The error has no specific time to come, it can come after 2 or 3 minutes after logging or maybe after 30 minutes. I cant work for more than 40 minutes!

Here's what I did:
1. Fresh installation of Windows 8.1 (updated) with all the latest motherboard drives.
2. Checked both the RAM's with Windows Diagnostic Tool - They are perfect!
3. Checked both the hard drives with Tune Up Disc Doctor - No errors found!
4. Cleaned and optimized the registries!
5. Replaced the PSU with a new one.

I am suspecting it's the motherboard which is creating this error!:'(

I'm also attaching the memory dump files. Here's the link:

If anyone could please help me by investigating the main cause, I'd be grateful!

Thanks!

Inspect heat sink & fan to make sure it's clean & working. You have a 95 watt SandyBridge quad core i5-2320. I doubt it's a heat problem, but could be..

I'd try unseat-reseat the memory. You may also want to test with just bank 0 installed.
Test the 4gb and the 8gb separately in the blue slots.

Edit: I looked at your dumps. At quick glance they all look pretty similar, but if you find anything interesting with the Whocrashed software denis280 linked, let us know.

Are you using the Intel integrated graphics, or do you have a separate video card?

Look and see if there were any Windows updates for a specific driver. If so, roll back to an older one and see what happens.

If no luck there, look for some new drivers for your board/ devices. Check all, but I would check your video and network adapter first and see if that makes a difference.

Your MB BIOS may not keep up with your Windows Drivers and I suggest you Shut Down and wait and ReBoot so that that OS recognizes the change of Hardware.

CF and SLI is particularly susceptible to the this.

Other words you have a finger contact problem.

Another thing if you're into Sound Cards which demand extra MB IRQ's you may have to compensate between Video and Sound Cards to avoid driver conflicts for your particular MB and spend a little more for updated Hardware.

If all else fails you may have to Edit your BIOS for MB IRQ Assignment - Which is probably beyond the knowledge of the average user and you're looking for a more updated MB.

Personally I don't use Manual MB BIOS IRQ Assignments and would sooner solve the issue through a Windows Device Mgr in a Safemode Boot and play with various Drivers, which is a much more a Universal FIX for a Platform and automatically assigns MB IRQ's.

If all else fails you may have to Edit the BIOS of your antiquated MB for IRQ Assignments which probably is beyond the knowledge of the average user and a waste of time and money over the purchase of a new MB.

A 4-yeard-old board is not antiquated. Honestly, nothing in your post would seem to apply to the OP here.

Then it's a Dirty Finger Contact unless the OP is running CF or SlLI.

I have a separate video card (Zotac Synergy 210 1GB DDR3). The error still comes even after I remove the graphic card and switches to the onboard video drivers. So, I guess, video card and graphics are not the issue!

NMI Hardware failure is a CPU failure. You are have to replace due to the fact that the memory controller is on the CPU. I use to get them all the time when I worked on servers.
