Does anyone know what this is about?

This error has been happening to me only when I use my TV as a 2nd display. I've tried to google information on this, but everything I read says its related to memory or overclocking. Everything is stock, nothing overclocked ..

I've tried reseating everything, switching cables, nada.. still crashes only when i use my TV as a 2nd display. I can use it as a main display, and it will work fine.. but otherwise not

Have you tried connecting your display to the secondary output of the graphics card instead (the one you are connecting the TV to)? What about changing the graphics driver?

Have you stressed tested your graphics card to see if the computer will BSOD when it is running full speed?

You could download a small memory dump reader to see what Windows listed - it could give you some insight into the problem

Looks like you need to update drivers.
