BSOD at Shutdown with Radeon AIW

Every time I shut down my computer, I get a BSOD with the message:

"A fatal exception 0E has occured at 0028:C001E062 in VXD VCACHE(01) + 00000562..."

I have tried every variation of the Radeon drivers, from the CD up to 7079, including clean installs of EVERYTHING, all yielding the same shutdown error.

Is anyone else having this problem, and/or Is there a soultion?

My setup:
ASUS P2B-B
Celeron 566@850
192MB SDRAM
Radeon AIW
MX300 Sound Card
DVD drive, CD-RW drive, keyboard, mouse, etc.

Do you get the same problem when you aren't overclocking?

I honestly haven't tried it without the overclocking...

I have the same problem, like I said before fix one thing screw up another. I think I'm going back to the 63 drivers.
