BSOD After WinXP Pro installation

After a two month x64 trial littered with failure, I have finally gone back to XP Pro.

I got everything installed, all my chipset drivers etc, and most of my basic programs. While downloading 3dmark / installing BF2, I randomely get a BSOD. I was overclocked from (200x11) to (220x11). After the BSOD I went back to defaults.

I'll do memtest tonight. Wtf is with that?

It's an error. My guess is that the overclock overloaded the flux capacitor just a bit, and Windows couldn't handle it.

Maybe all your x64 issues were hardware problems...

Are you still getting the BSOD after killing the OC? More importantly, WHAT WAS THE ERROR?

BSOD = Hardware or driver issue almost always.

First step is to run your hardware at stock speeds. Since you've already done that, let us know how it goes.
