BSOD after oc

I've recently oc'd my xp1800 to 1600 mhz (139 fsb), my memory settings are at ultra and cas 2. i ran 3dmark2k1 and sisoft sandra tests with no prob. so i thought everything was ok. i then decided to play some games to test it further. during Medal of Honor mp, after 30-120 min of play it will give me a BSOD which will go away after i press a key. the game will run, as if never ever happened EXCEPT the sound, the last second of sound will play into infinity. so i cranked up the vcore one step up to 1.775 and ddr voltage to 2.70. the problem persists. should i try going higher with the voltages? if yes, whats the safe limit for both. i should also add that that heat IS NOT the cause here, and also i've oc'd my ti200 to 220/480, which was tested countless hours of games b4 the cpu oc, so its also not the problem. so wuts going on? more voltage?
