Sometimes, when I power on my PC, I'll received a 9C BSOD right after POST. I google the code and got this:

0x9C = QPI/VTT most likely, but increasing vcore has helped in some instances

Last time I did stress testing, everything was OK. I also don't get blue screens on the desktop or in games. So should I just increase VTT?

Yes, most times it's actually QPI/VTT that causes a failed overclock.
