BSOD 0x000000124

Hello, I am having an apparently stability-related issue with my PC.
When I run Prime95 (or if I run a stressful game for a couple of hours) I will get a BSOD with STOP error 0x000000124. I was wondering how to diagnose the problem and fix it.
My hardware:

Windows 7 x64
Phenom X4 9600BE @Stock
3GB of DDR2-533 (2x 1GB, 2x 512MB)
Biostar A770E
XFX Radeon 4850-512MB
Two 160GB PATA Hard drives
Corsair TX650W
