Bruise running down bicep from armpit to elbow after workout

Wed. was squat / deadlift / overhead press day (threw in a 8 rep set each of wide grip pullups, narrow grip pullups and close grip chinups)

Thursday morning woke up w/ a bluish mostly yellowish bruise around half inch wide that ran down my inner bicep from armpit to just above my elbow. It didn't really hurt, but it didn't feel right either. Didn't feel like a pull or a strain, but felt a constant "tension".

This morning, the bruising is mostly gone, but that same "tension" in the muscle is still there, especially as I have my arm partly flexed while typing. There's no soreness, no apparent swelling and no real pain, just the slightest tenderness if I press at the top inner part of the bicep. Bicep does not ball up as if the tendon were torn, but I guess that only happens w/ a complete tear.

Could it be minor tendinitis, or something worse?
