Browsers lock up trying to load "e.nvero.net"

I'm assuming this is some add trying to display. Happens a few times an hour. It crashes the browser and requires me to ctlr-alt-del the app and relaunch.

Anything I can do on my end to avoid whatever domain this thing is pointing to?
