Browser Windows are Hidden! 1 Pixel x 1 Pixel?

Don't know what happened, but now when I click a link in IE 6 and it Opens In A New Window, it is hidden somewhere on the screen. When I click on the taskbar icon, I can see it shoot across the screen to somewhere, but I cannot find it to resize it or move it. If I right click the icon and Maximize, it will maximize and I can see the page, but it will not stay that way for the next time. I changed my resolution down to 800x600 and I can see where it is, a Dot that appears to be 1 pixel by 1 pixel, but I have a hell of a time trying to grab it. I have run Antivirus, Adaware, and Spybot and nothing fixes this. I cannot find anything on Google or Microsoft that describes this or how to fix it. Help!

Alt-Tab to the IE Window. Hit Alt-Space, then S. You should be able to start resizing from there.

When I do that, I get the resize curser, but it is not connected to the hidden window, and it will not do anything when I try to grab it and resize. I click either mouse button and the resize curser just goes away.

Actually, it is not the resize curser, it is the Move curser. I can also get to these by right clicking on the taskbar IE and choosing Size.
