Browser where you can set options per domain

Hi all,

I have a question. Is there any browser that will allow you to set the settings per domain?

Take for example: The latest www.cnn.com, loves to play movies on every page about the story. Which contains ads. It's main page has the newsfeed stream through flash. Sometimes. I just like to read the website like its a newspaper. I don't need movies playing everywhere and with every click. (My internet is limited and I don't have a ton of bandwidth to spare)

I currently use IE10 (or higher whatever comes with my Server 2008 and Win8)... I can turn off flash, but its global, and not per domain.

Now that I think about it. There are some pages where I like to disable movies, pictures, turn off javascript, etc. Because they have either pop ups, offensive porno ads, or so on. So I'd like to have things turned on/off on a domain basis.

I know IE10 has the secured/unsecured/trusted sites which allow me to change some of the options, but not all of them.

Does any browser support changing all options based on the domain? IE10 is only half way to what I need.

I think Firefox is adding site-based Capabilities. Not sure if it's in fully yet though. Probably requires about:config hacking.

In Firefox if you right click then "View Page Info" & go to Permissions tab you can set several things by domain including Flash, Load Images & Open Pop-up Windows.

Add-ons like Flashblock, ImgLikeOpera & NoScript all have whitelists it you want to go that route.
