Browser that syncs to phone and PC (Android)

So, I was looking at some articles on Joystiq, and all of a sudden I have to use the bathroom. So I grab my phone as usual and go to play Angry Birds. :awe: Then browse the net some on my phone, and I got to wondering...

Is there a browser that shares web pages between a phone and a PC? Obviously it would have to be setup on some kind of account system, but I figure it would be real useful if you got a call somewhere and wanted to save the page to read on the go or something of the sort, and wanted to have the exact page you were on ready to go when you pulled it up on your phone. In my mind, something like this is possible, but I haven't really seen anything that I know of that does it....is it currently available or doable?
