BROWSER..............................................REFRESHING

Hi......

For some reason, my browser loads pages very quickly than normal and is not refreshing pages.....

Is this the website's problem or mine??

If it's mine, how can i make sure that it refreshes all pages......

If using IE, open it up, Tools---- Internet Options--- (Under Temp. Internet Files) Click Settings--- Look at "Check for newer versions of stored pages, fill in the bubble "Every visit to a page" if it isn't.
