Browser keeps trying to load 1 item.

I've been encountering a situation where my browser continues to load and load and load. For example, when I go to Motherboards it'll just sit there waiting for 1 item. It doesn't stop either.

Edit: This happens both at work and at home. At home I use IE7 and at work I use IE6.
