Browser annoyance

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to keep the status bar from dissapearing in IE6, (status bar = bar at bottem of browser window tells you when a page is done loading, status of page load, ect...) mine just gets up and walks off frome time to time.

believe it or not, there was a post about this OS

you have to open a folder, go to folder options or something, click make all windows look like this
