Browseing, Administration question

I only want my computer can go to certain websites, and access to any other websites should be banned. How can I do that in IE/ Win2k?

Tools---> options ----> content ----> enable content advisor

Fill in the websites you want to allow under the "only allow these sites" area.

The problem is what if i click the hyperlink within the webpage to other webpage. Such as yahoo mail. I only wanted to check mail but i still can click on the links to look for other materials.
