Brown Recluse Bite

you can see the bone :Q

would that heal?

Eventually, in a way, yes. But without treatment, that man is dead. The skin will never be the same. I highly doubt that skin would return in the same form that you and I think of skin. It will probably just heal over to be one thick scab and eventually turn in to, what I can best describe, something that looks like a 3rd degree burn victim. It's almost guaranteed that he'll have to learn to use his thumb again, if not his entire hand.

Jeez, does no one have common sense? A spider bite 10 days later with the words "disgusting and amazing" on it...let me look at it while I'm eating dinner

How does one wash your hands or take a shower with an open wound like that?

Well, you have to wash the wound out. Fvck yeah it hurts, but you have to do it. Bite down. Wash.

Damn that would seriously suck because bites like that never go away.

If bit on a limb, that limb can (IIRC) turn gangrenous. I am not exactly sure what medical procedures can be undertaken to heal the wound or dig out the affected skin.

😛 I did like one guys quote from the last time, something like "OMG, how'd that guy get a rotten vagina transplated onto his hand?!?"

Have you ever had a spider bite? You know, a little red dot on your skin? How many people here have honestly seen a Brown Recluse spider bite? Probably not many. Curiosity brings them in here, but not even so much as one fvcking warning as to the graphical nature of the bite is just stupid. I've seen sh|t I can handle while eating. I've seen all kinds of surgeries on the Discovery channel, and it was during dinner. But there's just something about the fact that spider venom that did that that turns my stomach even more.

Go blow it out your ass.

MMMMMM, deliscious.

Anyway, don't like spiders and really don't like them after seeing photos like that. Ugh.
