My brother who lives in Florida (I live in Connecticut) went on vacation to Rome this past year and recorded it on DVD.
Anyway my wife and I have been thinking about going on a vacation as well and I asked my brother if he could send me a copy of the DVD he made so he hosted a torrent for me to download. Now however I?m a little confused because I don?t know how to play the movie he hosted and I can?t get a hold of him.

Rar files are compressed and broken into managable chunks. Open any of the files in a compression utility such as winrar and extract the main file (I'm assuming it's what you list last). Then mount or burn that image file.

Um I think you're miss understanding what I said.
In my first post when I list the files the fourth is a RAR file the rest are not.

edit: Wait I think I understand now but I dont know how to burn the .img file (Alcohol 120% doesn't recognize it)?

Those files look suspiciously (and exactly) like the Rome DVD that was released by the group "Burger".

I'll give you a 2 out of 10 for the story about your brothers trip.

Anyway, install WinRAR.
Right click on the .RAR file and select Extract Files.
Then pick a location. That's all there is to it.

ROFL!

I hope you don't actually believe what you typed

That's no movie from your brother, that's a scene release DVDR from the group BURGER. Not a good thing to be posting warez here man

You select the "Burger-rome.dvdr R00 File 48,829 KB " file & hit extract here.
It will extract the .IMG file.

You then use DVD Decrypter to burn the .IMG file...

DVD Decrypter is illegal no?

edit: Do you mean ImgBurn?

DVDDecrypter is not illegal, it's not being developed anymore but you can still find it for download. IMGBurn will work fine too.

You DL'd a movie and you're worried about the burning software being illegal.

I didn't download anything.
And IMGBurn worked.
