The printer has 2 cartridges that say they are empty, and I replaced them both, and it still says empty, and wont print those colors.
I cleaned the print heads through the printer software numerous times.
Can I replace the print heads?
I also have an older printer of the exact model when this happened last time. Can I take the print heads from that, clean them up somehow and install them in the other one?
We called a repair shop, and they said the cost to repair would be more than to buy a new one.
That is why we last time bought the same printer again.
