Brother 1850 laser printer... is this a good printer!?

Thinking of picking up a refurb 1850... what do you guys think of it? Also, does the toner cartridge have that removable plug that some brother lasers have? I'd like to refill the toner instead of paying ridiculous ammounts just for a new cartridge.
