She is funny, smart and witty, but by no means at all a great judge. If you know the law (i.e., went to law school) you'd know that when you are that opinionated you'd be asking for trouble. Also, if she was the best judge, why did she leave NYC helping kids and become a TV star in a small-claims court in LA?
