Broken WatchGuard V60 firewall

Ive been given broken V60 from work. It will not boot into linux. When its booting, all it says is "booting into linux" or whatever and just sits there forever. They have ways of reflashing these but they have to do it. Im trying to find someway of repairing linux or copying a good version of linux to the CF card. Any clues on this?

Not sure if you can get the watchguard part, but I know that debian can be installed/run from a flash drive (guy here at work was doing it with some old appliance machines). You might just run your own build. Other option would be pull a working cf and dd it to yours.

Most OSes can do that. 😉
