Broken Thermal Sensors?

Intel Core i7-3820 @ stock, cooled by Nepton 280L pump @ 7100rpm, fans@ 1500rpm..

Something's not right here..

Should I re-seat the waterblock onto the CPU?

or are the sensors just shot..?

Would appreciate some help =)
