What does this mean and is there a way to fix it with my Raid 0 setup?

Also I did a complete tape backup yesterday so I "Think" I am safe
Can I just reload Win2k and then restore and be back like I was or do I have to reinstall all

 
Sounds like you'll have to reformat. One of your drives may have a physical problem though, I recommend running whatever diagnostic software the manufacturer has on each drive before restoring your backup. If you have a full backup (registry and everything), you should be able to just restore it without having to reinstall software. That's assuming your backup software can run without the OS installed.
 
Yep all data is gone that was on the drives 🙁
But my backup requires Windows to install. Can I just restore over a installed Win2k? I know it probably won't replace files in use but most should be current and if I just update the SP's one should be ok or will it all be trashed and I will have to just start over and be glad I have the Backup for the data?
