I have a Sapphire 9600 Pro. I got it off someone at Ebay (some company.. 2000+ positive ratings. first card they sent didn't work at all, so they sent me a replacement). I had some problems with it from the start, so i re-installed all the drivers (using driver cleaner) and it worked fine for a month. Then when winter break rolled around I took my computer home, booted up and display was messed up. The card seems to be working fine until windows loads (bios..all the way up to when Windows loads). However, once windows loads the screen gets messed up. Card works fine in safe mode.
I have tried Catalyst 3.7, 3.9, and 4.1. Same thing. Prior to the ATI 9600 I had an ATI 7500 AIW running with no problem, and right now I have an ATI 7200 running fine with the same system configuration. Is it broken, if so can it be fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
