Broken retention module for AM2 socket

Somehow while installing my heatsink onto an AMD AM2 socket cpu, the retention clip sliced right off. The picture in the heatsink manual also shows 3 clips on each side, instead of one on each side that came on the mobo. Does anyone know where i can get the proper retention module to replace my broken one? Im also hoping that i didnt damage the cpu chip from whatever pressure sliced the clip, but i doubt it..
