I am an idiot, and broke 2 pins off in the socket of my board. Is there anyway these can be removed from the board safely? I really dont want to have to get a new board for something this small.

Are you talking about the CPU socket?
If that is the case and you have pins in the CPU socket, have you tried lifting the socket lever to release the clamp and flip the board upside-down and let gravity do its thing?
The using gravity thing didnt work. Any other ideas? And, yes, I am talking about pins in the CPU socket. Can I safely use magnets next to so much electric sensitive material?
I don't think the magnet will harm your cpu socket. Magnets only affect other magnets in a negative way, such as your speakers, monitor, and harddrives. Shake the sh*t out of it and move the lever around. I'd say your pretty scrwed though. You could always try it without the pins. Maybe once the processor is in place they will make contact.
I don't think a Magnetic screwdriver would hurt it. I have a few I use to get screws out of tight places and never damaged anything but my nerves! I also say move the lever around with the board upside down and try CAREFULLY tapping on the other side of the socket on the bottom of the board with it upside down. Just don't hit components on the other side of the board. If that does not get them out do try the magnet. If you are careful I can't see it hurting anything.
How did they break off in there? What CPU/Motherboard is this anyway?
Depending on what type of metal the pins are made from will determine if a magnet will work or not. Have you tried to use a sewing needle to jiggle them loose enough to fall out?
