Does Intel have any datasheets explaining the pins?

Update: Found Intel datasheet for Pentium D procs here

Is anyone here an EE/ECE that knows about this kind of stuff and whether 1 missing VCC pin will be an issue? Please reply :(

The pin is missing and its supposed to be there.
Tell the seller you want a refund..

Unfortunately VCC is a power pin, not a ground pin. It likely won't work.

I decided it wasn't safe to try and have requested a refund action from the seller. Thanks for the replies guys. Also, you'll notice my PSA in the FS/FT thread about shipping LGA775 mobos with protective covers... :(
