broken Monitor cable need wiring diagram

Standard pinout:
1 - red
2 - green
3 - blue
4 - GND
6 - redGND
7 - greenGND
8 - blueGND
11 - GND
13 - H Sync
14 - V Sync

The pins are numbered on most cables if you look really really close.

Oh, this is just what I need. Only question is, do the redGND/greenGND/blueGND need to be connected together? If so, are they connected at the video card end of the connector. I ask, because my dog got to the cable (gonna kill it) and it looks like they looped some wires back to the connector somehow, but since it's trashed, it's hard to tell.

i wouldn't think that they are connected - blue/blue gnd etc.
The reason for this is that the blue wire would then be grounded!

Slap me if i am wrong though
