I've just bought the LG 22" L226WTQ monitor, and I'm experiencing some really bad ghosting problems. You can see an example of this Here and Here.
These pics were taken in BioShock, with the character was strafing from side to side in front of an image of white text on a plain black background. As you can see there is a huge black ghost/shadow behind the text, and it is clearly visible when playing games.
This happens throughout any game where there are moving images, but it's more visible when you have contrasting colours such as white on black (as per the images).
I've searched the web till I'm blue in the face but I can't find anyone else having these problems.
I know some people in hte US have had problems with white 'glows' appearing around text, but I haven't seen any of the problems they have described.
I've tried connecting this monitor to a different PC and the problem is still there.
Is the monitor faulty? should I take it back for a replacement, or will I still experience these issues with a replacement monitor?
Please Help!
