broken ds3P, Which is better: P5Q Pro or EP-45-UD3R

i'll be moving up from my broken P35 DS3P. I dont need a 2nd PCI-E.
onboard audio will only be used if i feel it is better than my Audigy 2 ZS.

I mainly want stability and ability to OC my Q6600 to 3.6+
my cpu IS capable of it.

Which would u guys pick between the P5Q Pro or the EP45-UD3R?
 
I had both boards (well, the vanilla P5Q and the UD3P). The P5Q line below the Premium is no good for overclocking quads; the best I was able to do was 420 MHz FSB.

The Gigabyte rocks 500+ MHz FSB with quads.
