Broken coax connector on TV

I've got an older TV with a broken coax input connector. Is there a way to get an RCA->coax adaptor so that I can get cable TV through the RCA input ?

You could also buy a new connector and solder it onto the board in the TV, if you can solder this will be easy fix.
