Broken audio jack - how to remove?

On my stereo I was using a 1/4 audio jack with the regular 1/8 headphone jack. The 1/4 one got broken and half of it is stuck inside of the stereo. Now all the sound is going through to the 1/4 jack which I cant plug anything into. How do I get this SOB out? Tried a paper clip, cant reach it with the regular jack, I even tried the thing you hook up your belt with. Should I try and drill it out? Put super glue on the end of a Q-tip? Any ideas before I crack it open?
