So I was attempting to do the famous Subaru banjo bolt removal for the turbo and I broke a bolt for the turbo heat shield bracket. It's a metric stud with a 14mm nut on it. I thought about drilling it out but there isn't a whole lot of clearance.... Any ideas?

How much is left? Can you get vice grips or a bolt extractor on it and remove/replace the stud?

Which heat shield is it? I don't even have the lower shield anymore..it rusted mostly off and I pulled it off the rest of the way.
