Callaway makes junk, but their customer service is the best in the business. I guess when you charge $1299 for a $150 set of irons you can afford to be generous.

LOL, you caught me. I was assuming a set with steel shafts, those are $999.99.

Interesting thing about Callaway (and many other OEM's). The shafts that are in the $1299 set are actually cheaper than the shafts used in the $999 set. You pay $300 extra to get cheaper sticks.

had something like this happen to me a few years ago. i just took it back where i baught it and they gave me a new one on the spot.

bad part was the head went farther then my ball =(

I love my Callaway Steelhead woods but I absolutely hate my Callaway X-14 Pros. My previous set of Tommy Armours were much better IMO. Good thing I got them really cheap on ebay though.
