I've got 1 medium sized, marinated, rib-eye.

About 1 pound of non-marinated chicken breast.

Red + Orange Bell Peppers.

White Onions.

Russet Potatoes.

A pretty well-stocked spice rack.

I was thinking about making kabobs, but I have no coals for the grill. I was thinking about broiling them, but I wasn't sure the best way to go about it.

Any suggestions ?

Just kill it with seasoning. It'll make up for the lack of grilled-ness.

Seasoned salt. Plus, rub some garlic over the meat.
