Broadview networks

At work we have a voice PRI with one company. A data T1 with another company and an integrated voice and data T with yet another. We're planning on moving the building soon and have been having less than wonderful support with 2 out of the 3 providers for the last few months. The company grew in a crazy manner and ended up getting a few different carriers because they were just originally going with whoever could get whatever they needed the fastest.

Now it's been a few years and they want to consolidate with 1 solid company, should make billing, support and moving easier. I had a meeting with a rep from Broadview Networks which went rather well. The pricing seems good, their NOC is literally right down the street, the SLA seems sound but I can't find very much in the way of user opinion while searching the net. The only thing I found was on dslreports from a few years ago when a few customers were annoyed when their old company was sold to broadview and the transition didn't go well, otherwise I'm coming up pretty blank.

Does anyone deal with this company and/or do you have any input on it?

thanks,
Daniel

I have several smaller clients who use them for ADSL here in NYC. I have to say, even for small business DSL accounts, their support is excellent. I think I may have a client with a data T1 through them, but I have to double check...if they do, it's pretty damn reliable because I know I haven't had to call about it...uh...ever! 😉 I can't give you any info on using them as a consolidated vendor, as I don't have any clients using them for that...all I can say is judging from my experience with their support, they have to be better than Verizon (hell) or XO (7th level of hell).
