...how much would I have left?

cable modem, highest end bandwith (don't know numbers exactly). Decided to remove all cables and make entire building wireless. If there are 8 people that could be on at any one time, and any number of people in the bar downstairs able to access it wirelessly, what would be the bandwidth left for me? online gaming still possible on a wireless network split that many ways?
